Paperwork

When you enter our office you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire.  This will help us get to know you.  Dr. Gerhart will use this information to assist in formulating the recommendations for your care.

Private Consultation

You'll meet with Dr. Gerhart who will review your health history and discuss your health related problems.  This will determine if he can help you with chiropractic care.

Examination

A standard physical, orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic test will be performed to determine the cause(s) of your problem.

X-Ray Exam

Necessary views may be taken to visualize the location of any spinal problems, reveal any pathologies and make your chiropractic care more precise.

Schedule Your Next Visit

Your first visit is complete.  You will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit with Dr. Gerhart.  Generally speaking, patients are seen within 1-2 days of their first initial visit.  The next visit will provide you with a complete review of Dr. Gerhart's findings, which include going over your x-rays, your exam, and discussing treatment options for your condition.  It is at this time your care is accepted by Dr. Gerhart and treatment begins.
